Privacy Policy

Overview

Ministry Tracker is designed for personal organization. The developer does not operate an account system or a server that receives your student, visit, address, or note data.

Data stored on your device

Information you enter is stored locally on your device. Your device and operating-system settings may provide backup or transfer features outside the developer’s control.

Maps and location

If you choose to use map or location features, your device may share location, address, network, and device information with Google Maps Platform according to Google’s privacy practices. The developer does not receive this information.

Feedback and diagnostics

The app does not automatically send crash reports, analytics, or personal data. If you choose to send feedback, your email application opens a message that you can review and edit. Optional diagnostics may include app and platform versions, database schema information, and table row counts. Do not include sensitive personal details in feedback.

Sharing

Information is shared only when you intentionally use a device or app sharing feature. Review the content and recipient before sharing.

Children

Ministry Tracker is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s information through a developer-operated service.

Changes

This policy may be updated as app features change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
